The input regarding the CAD drawings is taken from the user in any fashion through customized interface or Ms-office document or the CAD drawings itself. We design neat and clean user interface(s) to take the inputs that allows effective end user customization.

The user can get the output (any no of Documents at a time) in CAD/ Office documents/ Data Report at an instance on a single click (i.e. on click of a button, program opens required CAD application & start drawing on screen, no user intervention is required during this process).

Design, Drafting & Detail Engineering

We Offer Design & Drafting Services to our Customers. We use our in-house available Macros & Programs to execute these projects to ensure Timely Delivery maintaining topmost Quality & Competitive rates. We are working for many consulting / manufacturing companies & offering them our services for their Mechanical (General Arrangement/ Installation Diagram, Part List, Vessel Sketch, Shop (CNC) Details / Fabrication drawings etc.), Electrical (Lighting/ Earthing/ Cable Tray Layout, Single Line Diagram etc), and Piping requirements (that includes making PFD’s, P & ID’s, Equipment Layout, Piping GA’s, Isometrics, etc.)

Our strength is Mass Transfer products like Trayed Columns & Packed Column Internals. We use our ready to use customized software Products i.e. Insta_TRAYS & Insta_INTERNALS to execute these kind of jobs. We can offer all the required output documents like Mechanical Design, Assembly Drawings, Parts List (Bill of Material), Weld in supports (Supports drawing with Vessel sketch) & Shop Details (CNC details).
